PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Intelligence on the device. Data minimization by default.

Our architecture is built so that sensitive physiology is processed where it is collected.

On-device inferenceWearable-AI™ runs locally on sensor-enabled devices — no cloud required for inference, enabling private, real-time decisions.
No raw biometric transmissionDesigned so raw biometric data is not transmitted off the device; insights are computed at the edge.
Data minimizationHIPAA/GDPR-aligned by design, with data minimization by default across consumer and study experiences.
Participant controlClinical data collection is conducted under Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval where studies require it, with informed consent.

SECURITY PRACTICES

Secured, logged, accountable.

Study and platform operations follow explicit security controls.

EncryptionData in study pipelines is sent securely and held in encrypted storage.
Access control & logsRole-based access control with audit logs — who did what, when, under which rule — inspectable from day one.
On-site AI for studiesIn decentralized studies, analysis agents run on the sponsor’s servers: AI stays on site, no patient data leaves.
Regulatory-grade recordsDesigned for alignment with ICH-GCP E6(R3), FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU CTR 536/2014, GDPR/HIPAA and ALCOA+ expectations.

REGULATORY POSTURE

Wellness first. Regulated claims with partners.

Clear intended-use and evidence-status labeling for every public claim.

SweetDeep is being developed as a general wellness experience for its initial consumer launch; general wellness products are not medical devices and are not reviewed by FDA. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Screening and clinical capabilities described for professional audiences are investigational, not FDA cleared, and subject to regulatory authorization. A Breakthrough Device Designation application was submitted in June 2026 and has not been granted.
